Job Description: 

 

Responsibilities will include: 

 

  • GL Accounting in Oracle
  • Cash and Bank Reconciliation
  • Booking of Accruals and Prepaid Journal Entries
  • Working on Financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement)
  • Preparing the financial statements, SEC reporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing 10K, 10Q documents.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analyses requested by Senior Management 
  • Working on Dashboards for senior management
  • Understanding of REIT product

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting  
  • 1-3  business related experience 
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects 
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude and 
  • Highly organized 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
