WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
The HR Analyst will be supporting People & Culture- Business Partner team by managing job requisitions, maintaining accurate tracking of open roles, assisting with immigration documentation, generating reports, and supporting various HR processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team. 

HOW YOU ADD VALUE
•    Review job descriptions ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
•    Edit and maintain job requisitions in Workday to reflect current hiring requirements.
•    Create roles for Fulltime, Interns, and Contingent Workers in Workday. 
•    Manage H1B visa questionnaires and related documentation to support immigration compliance and processes.
•    Generate and maintain various reports within Workday, including Goals and Year-End reporting, and weekly reports (Leave of Absence, Open Roles, and Terminations) 
•    Administer manager changes and other HR system updates as requested.
•    Support the annual performance review cycle throughout the year by generating reports, validating data for accuracy, and preparing presentation materials.
•    Manage the medical accommodation process by updating the internal tracker regularly.
•    Monitor accommodation timelines and proactively remind Business Partners when accommodations are approaching their end date to ensure timely review and action.
•    Partner with the Communications team to provide accurate information for weekly employee recognition. 
•    Maintain a positive employer brand by managing RNA’s Glassdoor page. 
•    Document HR processes to centralize information and improve efficiencies. 
•    Prepare organizational charts and related requests using PowerPoint to support leadership and HR initiatives.
•    Administer manager changes and other HR system updates as requested.
•    Respond to and manage any ad hoc HR requests as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to support the HR team and broader organization.

Required: 
•    Knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•    Collaborative open approach to work and team members
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•    Proactive problem solver and team player.
•    Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
