Role Purpose
Wipro Ltd. is looking for a Associate (Customer Service) role for our Insurance Business into a International Blended Campaign.
1.Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing and resolving client's problems, and recommending system improvements
2.Maintain productivity targets
3.Ensure all the emails are responded within time
4.Timely completion of the task,ongoing quality service delivery of the task assigned.
5.Complying to all Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
6.Carrying out data entry and rule based entry for processes and performing simple process calculations
7. Make outbound calls to client/ stakeholders with the defined call tree
8. Maintain the defined Voice Quality and standards

1. Accuracy: Ensuring that data and information entered into systems or databases are accurate and error-free.
2. Timeliness: Completing assigned tasks within the designated timeframe and meeting deadlines.

Education Eligibility: Graduates in B.com, BBA, BA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc. and 3-year degree courses except Stats, Maths and Eco Hons, Freshers and candidates with relevant BPO experience eligible (Maximum 2.5 years of relevant experience can be considered.
Full-time MBA, BE, B Tech graduates with minimum 6 months of relevant experience can only apply
MBA Freshers and Btech Freshers are not aligible
Locations and Shifts: Gurugram UK Shifts – Day Shifts for 5 Days a week with 2 fixed offs (Saturday and Sunday)
