Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

Location- Gurugram

Experience- 10-13 years

• Fill the gaps of missing parts of Business Requirements (if there is any)

• Understand the underlying Business Issue from BA or sub

• Collaborate with sub / BA to map Business Requirements to System Capabilities / Requirements

• 3rd party provider: Documents research and Solution analysis

• Align with Solution Architect whether all the domain areas are covered

• Initial validation after STG deployment

• Validation SIT/RT ticket (after QA)

• Lead system demo for the Customer

• Support BVT (review test scenarios, answer questions, defect triage)

• 2 weeks warranty functional support
Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis .
