Portfolio Management: Oversee the deployment and optimization of the LMS platform across multiple companies, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Customization and Flexibility: Ensure the LMS is adaptable to meet the specific needs and objectives of each company within the portfolio.
Innovation and Trends: Stay informed about emerging trends in digital learning and LMS technology, implementing innovative solutions across the portfolio.
Best Practices and Integrations
Vendor and Partnership Management: Manage relationships with LMS vendors and partners to ensure optimal service and support.
Technology Integration: Lead the integration of advanced digital tools and technologies into the LMS to enhance learning capabilities across companies.
Best Practices Development: Establish and promote best practices for LMS usage and integration across the portfolio.
Learning Analytics
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to provide insights into learning trends and effectiveness, driving strategic decisions and improvements.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact and success of LMS initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and implementing enhancements across the portfolio.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in digital learning, e-learning, or instructional design.
Proficiency in LMS platforms, with specific Workday LMS experience. Knowledge of integrating digital tools and technologies into LMS systems.
Proven track record in managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems.
Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools related to LMS usage
