Experience Required
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a QA Team Lead
- Mandatory experience in Voice Sales accounts
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proven experience in handling the Transaction Quality function.
- Ensure all quality audits are completed and ATA variance thresholds are met.
- Client-handling experience is mandatory, including participation in client discussions and reviews.
- Design and implement a robust quality strategy with scalable processes, tools, and systems to enable efficient monitoring of decision accuracy and quick identification of user experience issues.
- Drive continuous improvement programs based on quality insights.
- Manage and support quality teams across multiple lines of business.
- Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues and develop effective corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Perform data analysis to derive meaningful insights and create actionable improvement plans.
- Present quality performance, insights, and action plans during executive client connects and visits.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize top quality issues impacting operations.
- End‑to‑end facilitation of Quality Syncs, Calibrations, and Quality sections of Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).
- Lead and deliver continuous improvement projects, both independently and through the team.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong experience in managing quality control or quality analysis functions, or leading cross‑functional quality improvement projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Statistical Functions) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Quality certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, TQM, or equivalent are a plus.
