Job Title: Quality Lead

Band: B2
Location: Gurugram
Shift: 24×7 (Night Shift)
Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience Required

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a QA Team Lead
  • Mandatory experience in Voice Sales accounts

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in handling the Transaction Quality function.
  • Ensure all quality audits are completed and ATA variance thresholds are met.
  • Client-handling experience is mandatory, including participation in client discussions and reviews.
  • Design and implement a robust quality strategy with scalable processes, tools, and systems to enable efficient monitoring of decision accuracy and quick identification of user experience issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs based on quality insights.
  • Manage and support quality teams across multiple lines of business.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues and develop effective corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
  • Perform data analysis to derive meaningful insights and create actionable improvement plans.
  • Present quality performance, insights, and action plans during executive client connects and visits.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize top quality issues impacting operations.
  • End‑to‑end facilitation of Quality Syncs, Calibrations, and Quality sections of Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).
  • Lead and deliver continuous improvement projects, both independently and through the team.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong experience in managing quality control or quality analysis functions, or leading cross‑functional quality improvement projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Statistical Functions) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Quality certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, TQM, or equivalent are a plus.
