Primary Role
 
Deliverables include but is not limited to.
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet internal and external client requirements
•    Support statutory and management reporting activities as required
•    Manage daily Fund Operations activities, including Fund liquidity monitoring, cash flow projections, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
•    Prepare and review accounting entries related to Fund operation activities, ensuring alignment with Fund accounting policies and supporting the accuracy of Fund level reporting
•    Manage end-to-end Fund loan administration, including drawdowns, repayments, refinancing, interest servicing (i.e interest calculations and payments) and covenant compliance
•    Perform and review management fee allocations across Fund Advisors and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and support Fund Advisors in invoice preparation and issuance
•    Respond to ad-hoc queries from Fund stakeholders in relation to Fund operations activities

Additional Responsibilities.
•    Liaison with finance teams and stakeholders across APAC 
•    Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives; contribute to business-as-usual (BAU) transformation effort 
•    Support new reporting initiatives and participate in system implementation and user acceptance testing
