Team Manager – Legal Data Management & Automation Department: Legal & Compliance
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to oversee the CoE sub-teams within the Luxembourg-led Legal Data function, focusing on the maintenance and optimisation of legal static data across systems and jurisdictions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong data management expertise with advanced knowledge of MS tools and a passion for automation and AI enabled efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, structure, and enhance legal static data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Lead reconciliation of legal documents, registers, and datasets.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve data quality.
• Oversee reporting activities and maintain dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Continuously improve processes, SOPs, and governance controls to gain efficiencies.
• Lead and develop two sub teams, fostering a culture of precision and proactive problem solving.

Profile
• 7+ years in legal data management, reporting, or similar operational roles.
• Strong team leadership experience.
• Expert user of MS Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and other digital tools.
• Experience with AI enabled process optimisation.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and solution driven.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate globally.
