We are looking for your talent to join one of our projects as an HR Administrator.
This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.
R͏equirements
- 4-6 years of experience.
- English advanced level.
- Good understanding of Recruitment Admin, HR processes (COE and Ops), and WFA processes.
- Familiar with HR strategy and admin processes in ERP.
- Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel).
- Administrative writing and reporting skills.
R͏esponsibilities
- Offer Letter Generation: Create offer letters tailored to country-specific requirements, using translation tools as needed.
- Pre-Employment Coordination: Work with vendors to complete pre-employment checks for new hires.
- Candidate Communication: Notify candidates of rejections and handle direct outreach as required.
- Onboarding Facilitation: Organize and coordinate all day-one onboarding activities for new employees.
- Policy Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to relevant policies, support internal/external audits, and resolve audit-related queries.
- HR Data Management: Manage, report, and process personnel data, including promotions, transfers, separations, and mass updates.
- Compensation Administration: Enter and reconcile compensation data, process mass updates, and generate revised compensation letters.
- Benefits Management: Validate benefits eligibility, update HCM systems, administer enrollments, and ensure timely premium payments.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer queries via chat, tickets, and email, maintaining logs and documentation.
- Service Quality & Process Adherence: Deliver timely, accurate service in line with SLAs, stay updated on process changes, and follow customer service routines and attendance policies.
- Audit Management - Support internal/external audits.
- Query resolution.
- SME Support.

Details
- Salary: Up to $30k MXN (based on candidate experience and qualifications).
- Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.
- Type of work: On-site training. Hybrid work model after training.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
