Strategic HR Leader, Sri Lanka | SAP, Enterprise Apps | based in Colombo

This is a true business partnering role where your efforts will be focused on:

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting various HR programs and interventions
  • Unifying the Practice/Service Line HR charter to deliver a consistent yet differentiated employee experience.
  • Crafting and delivering a compelling talent value proposition that positions the practice for accelerated growth.
  • Engaging directly with delivery, sales teams and their clients, bringing a business-first mindset to HR strategy.
