HR Support – Driving Excellence in Human Resources Operations

As an HR Support team member at Infocrossing INC, you will be a pivotal part of our Business Process Services in the BPS-IHS division. This role requires dedication to delivering exceptional support and acting as a vital liaison between employees and management. Your primary focus will be on facilitating smooth human resource processes, promoting organizational development, and enhancing the employee experience.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and issues, providing timely resolution and ensuring alignment with company policies and values.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in talent acquisition activities by leveraging various sourcing channels such as job boards, local advertisements, and community partnerships to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate effective onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of company culture, policies, and benefits.
  • Benefits Coordination: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during open enrollment and for new hire benefits enrollment, providing clear guidance to employees.
  • Administrative Excellence: Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word skills to support HR documentation, maintain accurate records, and handle HR-related correspondence efficiently.
  • Leave Management: Manage critical aspects of employee leaves including Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Short Term Disability, and other medical leaves, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
  • Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with payroll teams to identify and resolve payroll or bonus discrepancies swiftly to maintain employee satisfaction.
  • Employee Recognition: Coordinate important milestone celebrations such as LSA anniversaries, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with HR leadership on various employee relations projects and initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.

This is a dynamic role that blends interpersonal communication with strong administrative capabilities to support the overarching goals of the HR department and Infocrossing INC’s commitment to its workforce. Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking candidates who bring a combination of education, skills, and HR-related experience to support the needs of our team:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields highlighting a fundamental understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.
  • Previous hands-on experience in human resources or administrative support roles is advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with HR functions and employee relations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and maintain precise records.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to manage confidential information professionally and empathetically.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, remaining organized and detail-oriented under pressure.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset that supports continuous improvement and effective teamwork.

Desirable attributes also include experience using SharePoint and familiarity with payroll and benefits administration software.

The expected compensation for this HR Support role ranges from $25,000.00 to $50,000.00, reflecting a competitive package based on experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base compensation, the role includes eligibility for Wipro’s comprehensive benefits package, featuring diverse medical and dental coverage options, disability protection, paid leave including sick days, and opportunities for other paid or unpaid leave.

Please note that some positions may require the successful completion of a post-offer drug screening in compliance with applicable laws.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $40,000 to $44,000 per year.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
