Join Wipro Technologies as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for the BFSI & HRO segment under the BPS division. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in strategic HR operations that directly influence business outcomes and employee experiences. You will collaborate closely with diverse business stakeholders to deliver tailored HR interventions and implement talent strategies that align with organizational goals.

As a key partner, you will manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple levels and functions while championing talent development throughout the employee lifecycle. Your insights will help shape and execute HR initiatives that enhance workforce engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead robust employee engagement initiatives including regular individual and group interactions, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.
  • Design and facilitate career development frameworks to empower employees with clear career paths and growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of talent management and central HR processes as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth alignment with business needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR support aligned with strategic objectives and participating in critical business projects.
  • Interpret and apply employment legislation relevant to the geographical area, ensuring compliance and effective resolution of any breaches.
  • Manage the delivery of core HR programs including onboarding, performance appraisals, and talent reviews to strengthen workforce capabilities.
  • Implement targeted HR interventions at the account level or across units, acting as a central coordinator for these efforts.
  • Support integration activities related to corporate restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions, facilitating seamless transitions and cultural alignment.

The position demands a proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset to anticipate business needs and foster an inclusive work environment that values diversity and continuous learning.

Q͏ualification

  • An MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management or equivalent advanced degree in the HR domain.
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering within the BFSI sector or related industries, demonstrating a strong understanding of business operations and workforce dynamics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices relevant to the region of operation.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience driving talent management, employee engagement, and career development initiatives in a complex organizational context.
  • Capability to analyze HR metrics and use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and HR interventions.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude combined with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions.

Additional certifications in HR, leadership development, or change management are advantageous and reflect a commitment to continuous professional growth.
