Job Description

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in PLM consulting and implementation for various domains
  • Experienced in Teamcenter PLM processes, solution mapping, configuration, and customization
  • Hands-on experience in the PLM field as a domain consultant or subject matter expert.
  • Strong functional and technical implementation knowledge of Teamcenter Raw Material and Formulation Management, Environmental Compliance, Quality Management, and Part and Change Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter PLM and other related offerings from Siemens.
  • Functional knowledge of Teamcenter Schedule Manager application, Security Model (Access Manager), and Organization.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
