Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, validate, and maintain 1D and 3D GT-SUITE models of engine, powertrain, and battery thermal management systems.
  • Utilize GT-SUITE's to build 1D models from 3D CAD geometries, enabling detailed analysis of flow networks and thermal components.
  • Conduct steady-state and transient thermal simulations to analyze temperature distribution ,pressure drop, and heat transfer within various components and systems.
  • Analyze and optimize thermal system performance across the entire vehicle, balancing range, passenger comfort and battery health under different conditions.
  • Work with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate thermal simulation insights into the design process.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and customers using GT-SUITE for powertrain thermal analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expert knowledge of GT-SUITE for 1D and 3D modeling.
  • Strong technical expertise in of Internal combustion engine, Engine performance ,thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of engine cooling, powertrain, and battery thermal systems.
  • Proven experience in 1D and/or 3D thermal and CFD simulations.
  • Ability to utilize CAD data to build and characterize 1D and 3D models.
  • Skill in analyzing simulation results to provide actionable insights for design improvements
  • Highly motivated and able to adapt to extreme workloads
  • Good communications skills
