Job Title: Document Management Lead
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Salary $80K-100K
Key Responsibilities: Designs and improves standard Document Control processes in Capital Projects. Defines or contributes to development of functional requirements for document standard control applications. Defines or contributes to development of standard Performance Metrics to track and manage information maturity, document control team performance. Expertise on asset information management experience in oil and gas industry. Understanding and documenting work processes, organizing meetings with stakeholders. Hands on technical experience in relation to document control and DMS enhancement / improvement activities.
Required Skills: Expertise on asset information management experience in oil and gas industry. Understanding and documenting work processes, organizing meetings with stakeholders. Hands on technical experience in relation to document control and DMS enhancement / improvement activities. POC development and experience in UAT. Lead the project document control activities. Preparation of Document Control Processes such as Numbering Specification, Review-Approval Procedure, Document Distribution Matrix, Quality Checklist, etc. Addressing queries from the Engineering team, Project management & Leadership team.Managing resources for project execution. Weekly/monthly project status reporting. Communicating with Engineering team, DC’s, Site team and Various EPC’s to address the queries on priority basis to ensure the smooth flow of documentation. Review MDR/VDR. Training the team in Document Control, Redline system and DMS processes, etc.
Preferred Qualifications: Any graduation with 10+ yrs of experience.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
