Job Title Document and Data Control Lead
Location: Houston Woodcreek, TX (Onsite)
Prior experience supporting Shell Capital Projects preferred, with demonstrated understanding of IM standards, governance, and ways of working
Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting Capital Projects as a Document Control Lead, overseeing document control operations across the project lifecycle
Proven experience in Document and Data Control, including secure management, tracking, reporting, and quality assurance of project documentation
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Document and Data Control processes and procedures, including document control procedures, numbering specifications, and archiving requirements
Experience supporting Capital Projects handover, including document completeness, compliance, and readiness for transition to the next project phase or operations
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic Capital Project environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and EPC partners
Strong English language proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to support reporting, stakeholder engagement, and procedural documentation
Proficient in Power BI, SharePoint, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Assai, with the ability to administer and leverage EDMS and reporting tools effectively
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
