Seasoned ETRM Data Architect well versed in Azure, SQL, Databricks, ETL and real-time processing for Tier 1 Oil & Energy clients in a strategic advisory capacity.

Skills & Qualifications
ETRM product custom development experience
Proficiency in Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Data Warehouse is a MUST. This includes designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure databases in the Azure cloud environment.
Firsthand ability of Azure Databricks, including prowess of Apache Spark for large data engineering workloads. This involves performing incremental processing with Spark Structured Streaming, implementing streaming architecture patterns with Delta Live Tables, and optimizing performance with Spark and Delta Live Tables.
Expertise in Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing. This includes setting up Kafka clusters, managing Kafka topics, and integrating Kafka with other data processing tools.
Fundamental understanding and track record of manipulating complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. This involves designing and implementing ETL pipelines, automating data workflows, and ensuring data quality and consistency.
Prior multi-environment utilization of cloud platforms, notably Azure, including its product offerings, namely Azure Data Factory for orchestrating and scheduling data workflows, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD workflows.
Sound skill set of data governance and security advisory and best practices, including data encryption, access control, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Performance optimization SME of data processing and storage solutions for performance, including techniques for reducing latency, improving throughput, and ensuring scalability.
Command of programming languages such as Python, Scala, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them efficiently and effectively.
Client C-Suite gravitas to communicate, lead and collaborate skills with both internal and external cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
