IBM Maximo Techno-functional Consultant
Location: Remote (US) but need travel to customer site in Houston, TX
Seeking a hands-on Senior IBM Maximo Techno-functional Consultant to support the ongoing implementation, enhancement, and expansion of our IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environment. This consultant will play a key role in delivering enterprise asset management and indirect procurement capabilities across more than 20 manufacturing and operational locations.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Maximo professional who combines strong functional knowledge of maintenance and procurement business processes with hands-on technical expertise in Maximo configuration, workflow automation, integrations, mobile enablement, and solution delivery. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, an internal Maximo Analyst, IT leadership, and our managed services provider to drive adoption, implementation success, and continuous improvement.
This role is expected to focus approximately 70% on Maintenance and Asset Management functions and 30% on Procurement and Purchasing processes.
Responsibilities
Maximo Solution Delivery
Support the implementation, rollout, and expansion of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and Maximo 9.x capabilities.
Lead business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
Translate business requirements into scalable Maximo solutions and best practices.
Support the development and execution of the Maximo roadmap across maintenance and procurement functions.
Identify opportunities to leverage additional Maximo capabilities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience
8+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo configuration experience.
Proven experience supporting IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and/or Maximo 9.x.
Experience leading or supporting Maximo upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide Maximo deployments across multiple business functions.
Experience working with maintenance, reliability, operations, and procurement organizations.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
