ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow manager to join our ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations practice to lead delivery engagements, including go-to-market activities, solution development and supporting client implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow Risk & SecOps and have experience in planning and executing implementation projects. Our team brings technical expertise, real-world experience, strong executive engagement skills, and an inspirational mindset to help our customers understand the opportunities of the “platform of platforms” vision. We act as Trusted Partners for our customer's most complex solutions, designed to ensure that they can rapidly realize the value they need. We do this by leveraging best practices and industry standards to build customer trust and architect best-in-class solutions.

While collaborating with customers, and the wider ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations delivery team, the right candidate will be able to serve as an engagement manager on ServiceNow implementation projects, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, and providing guidance on best practices for risk and secops programs. Additionally, the candidate should be able manage technical delivery resources, including translating business use cases into ServiceNow implementation requirements, and ensuring overall delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solution offerings and participate in go-to-market activities (e.g., client sales discussions, webinars, etc.)
  • Manage implementation and run-state engagements as a ServiceNow Risk & SecOps subject matter specialist, responsible for coordinating the delivery team and interfacing with client stakeholders
  • Gather and document client requirements as part of a ServiceNow implementation project
  • Ensure delivery excellence, aligned to ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations practice expectations
  • Stay current with new developments in the ServiceNow platform and apply that knowledge to client solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience managing ServiceNow Risk and SecOps implementation teams
  • Knowledgeable of ServiceNow Risk and/or SecOps solutions (e.g., Third Party Risk Management, Integrated Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, AI Control Tower, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Understanding of security and compliance regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a consulting environment

 

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - GRC .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
