Strong command of Application Testing, including test planning, execution, defect management, and
reporting for enterprise applications.
Proficiency in using JIRA for test case management, defect tracking, and Agile project collaboration.
Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools for end-to-end test management,
requirements traceability, and release coordination.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks, regression testing, and integration testing methodologies.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
practices in testing environments.
Minimum years of experience in Application Testing with hands-on exposure to TEST ENGINEER
APPLICATION TESTING skill cluster.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies for complex business
applications.
Proven experience in defect lifecycle management using JIRA and ALM tools.
Previous experience in collaborating with development, QA, and business teams to ensure high-quality
software releases.
Exposure to test automation, scripting, and integration of testing tools with CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for application testing across multiple
platforms.
2. Utilize JIRA and ALM for test management, defect tracking, and requirements traceability throughout the
software lifecycle.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, identify test scenarios, and ensure
comprehensive coverage.
4. Perform regression, integration, and system testing to validate application functionality and performance.
5. Document and communicate test results, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders using standardized
reporting tools.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, automation frameworks

Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
