UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant

Job Title -  UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant
Location - Dallas, TX (Remote) 

We are seeking a skilled UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant to support the configuration, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) applications. The role requires strong expertise in workforce management processes, stakeholder collaboration, system troubleshooting, and integration support. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, driving operational efficiency and ensuring optimal utilization of UKG Pro WFM capabilities across the organization.

Configure, implement, test, and provide ongoing support for UKG Pro WFM applications. 
Manage and support key UKG Pro WFM modules, with emphasis on Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance. 
Collaborate with business users, HR, Payroll, and vendor teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. 
Develop functional specifications for UKG/Kronos configuration changes and enhancements. 
Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities for new functionalities and system changes. 
Support and maintain integrations between UKG Pro WFM and enterprise systems such as Oracle, Dayforce, SuccessFactors, Strada, and other related applications. 
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Leave, Benefits, Time Administration, and Integration teams to create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
Create and maintain Dataviews, generate reports, and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, analytics, and operational reporting. 
Support and troubleshoot existing Bhoomi integrations and related interfaces. 
Configure, maintain, and support Kronos InTouch and InTouch DX clocks to ensure reliable workforce time capture. 
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with organizational requirements and best practices. 
Provide expert guidance and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG/Kronos-related functional and application queries. 
Ensure effective system performance, data integrity, and adherence to established support processes.
Strong functional knowledge of UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Management). 
Hands-on experience with Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules. 
Experience in UKG/Kronos configuration, testing, implementation, and production support. 
Knowledge of workforce management business processes, including time and attendance, leave management, and payroll integration. 
Experience creating Dataviews and developing operational and ad hoc reports. 
Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server for troubleshooting and reporting. 
Experience supporting system integrations between UKG and third-party applications. 
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. 
Ability to develop functional specifications and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
5 to 8 years of experience supporting, implementing, or administering UKG Pro WFM/Kronos solutions. 
Experience with integrations involving Oracle, Dayforce, SuccessFactors, Strada, or similar HR/Payroll platforms. 
Exposure to Kronos InTouch and InTouch DX clock management. 
Experience in enterprise workforce management environments supporting large employee populations. 
UKG/Kronos certifications will be an added advantage. 
Experience in documenting SOPs, process improvements, and operational governance frameworks.

Gathering of requirements-Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.

Coding and Configuration-"Develop and deliver code for assigned modules, in alignment with client requirements ensuring proper integration with system components.

Mandatory Skills: KRONOS-WFC & WFD-Cloud .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
