Job Description

·      Strong expertise in AI, Generative AI, and advanced analytics applications within manufacturing, petrochemicals and industrial environments. 
·      Experienced in identifying, evaluating, and prioritising AI use cases aligned with business objectives, operational challenges, value assessment & baselining. 
·      Supports design, development, deployment, and adoption of AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, process optimisation, asset reliability, EHS, and operational excellence. 
·      Hands-on experience with industrial AI platforms, predictive analytics solutions, machine-learning models, and Generative AI technologies. 
·      Skilled in data exploration, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance monitoring to ensure reliable and scalable AI solutions. 
·      Works closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and tower leads to translate operational requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions. 
·      Supports development of AI-based decision-support systems, anomaly detection models, forecasting solutions, and predictive insights for industrial operations. 
·      Experienced in leveraging Generative AI technologies to improve knowledge management, reporting automation, operational workflows, user productivity, and decision support. 
·      Assists in establishing AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, model risk management, and AI adoption strategies. 
·      Supports proof-of-concept development, pilot execution, model validation, and scaling of successful AI initiatives across multiple sites and business functions. 
·      Collaborates with Data & Governance teams to ensure data readiness, model integrity, and sustainable AI operations through effective data management practices. 
·      Skilled in communicating AI outcomes, business benefits, and value-realisation metrics to both technical and business stakeholders. 
·      Supports change management, user training, and adoption activities to drive successful operationalisation of AI solutions and maximise business impact. 
·      Contributes to continuous innovation by identifying emerging AI technologies, industry best practices, and opportunities for digital transformation and operational improvement.

Areas of Responsibilities

Business process analysis-Review deliverables defined as part of domain-led transformation initiatives to ensure successful execution.

Market research & benchmarking-"Review of forecasting models, cost benefit analysis and define alternate process methodologies applied as part of benchmarking and analysis.

Plan and forecast strategies across enterprise engagements, ensuring consistency and scalability. "

Optimization Initiatives-"Lead domain optimization and solution programs, ensuring governance, quality, and value creation for clients.

Conduct performance review, facilitate professional development and mentor consultants."

Technical Documentation-"Review and approve documentation ensuring functional accuracy, completeness, and alignment with domain standards and organizational objectives.

Provide guidance to teams in maintaining consistency, clarity, and quality across all deliverables.

Lead initiatives to articulate complex technical concepts into clear communication materials, ensuring alignment with business and objectives."

Revenue Growth-"Lead budget performance by monitoring project financials, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to defined margin targets.

Identify mining opportunities in the existing accounts and participate in RFP discussions."

Thought Leadership -Create whitepapers, reusable frameworks, and knowledge assets, while guiding teams to adopt best practices and innovative approaches.
