Role Purpose


The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Proven experience designing scalable, secure architectures in healthcare or regulated environments.Experience with AWS architecture, including Secrets Manager, containerization, and cloud-native design.


• Strong knowledge of authentication frameworks (Entitlement or security framework) and access control models.

• Familiarity with asynchronous data aggregation, caching strategies, and performance optimization 

• Deep understanding of FHIR R4 UK, SNOMED CT, and healthcare data interoperability.

• Experience with AWS architecture, including Secrets Manager, containerization, and cloud-native design.

• Strong knowledge of authentication frameworks and access control models.

• Familiarity with asynchronous data aggregation, caching strategies, and performance optimization.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical decisions clearly.

• Experience with mono-repo development environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Good To Have Skills :


• Prior involvement in NHS or neighbourhood working initiatives.

• Experience with MIG connectors and EMR integration.

• Exposure to Material UI and frontend-backend coordination.

• Familiarity with Rally or similar Agile project management tool

Understanding of CDS implications and regulatory boundaries in healthcare tech.
