Job Description

  • Have experience as adobe launch implementation
  • Should have understanding on Web and App SDK implementation
  • Should have good understanding of Data element, collection rules and should be able to modify ,update or write the new configuration
  • Should have the understanding of writing the PQL for updating the offer queries
  • Should be able to configure and update the offer setup via OD
  • AJO/Launch developer certified preferred
  • Project handled on the above skill.

  • • Strong hands-on experience with SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions)

    • Solid experience with PQL (Profile Query Language) for segmentation and eligibility

    • Strong experience with Adobe Launch including rule creation and tag management.

    • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6, conditional logic, JSON handling)

    • Understanding of AEP Profile, Events, and Identity concepts

1. Contribution to customer projects Quality, SLA, ETA, no. of tickets resolved, problem solved, # of change requests implemented, zero customer escalation, CSAT
2. Automation Process optimization, reduction in process/ steps, reduction in no. of tickets raised
3. Skill upgradation # of trainings & certifications completed, # of papers, articles written in a quarter
