Advance Routing & Switching , Cloud or Security (Firewall, LB or Zscaler), Wireless

Location - Pune/Hyderabad

Shift Timings- US business hours work from office as per business requirement & Hybrid (3 days WFO)

 

Advance Routing & Switching , Secondary skill – Cloud or Security ( Anyone – Firewall, LB or Zscaler), Wireless

JD

A Level 3 (L3) Routing and Switching Engineer is a senior networking professional responsible for designing, building, and troubleshooting complex enterprise networks. They handle escalated, critical issues beyond the scope of L1/L2 support and specialize in advanced routing protocols, traffic optimization, and high-level architectural planning. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Design & Architecture: Planning and deploying scalable LAN/WAN infrastructures.
  • Tier-3 Troubleshooting: Resolving complex, multi-vendor outages and deep-packet analysis.
  • Routing & Switching: Configuring and optimizing dynamic routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and Layer 2/Layer 3 switching components.
  • Optimization: Managing Quality of Service (QoS), High Availability (HA), and load balancing to maximize uptime.
