Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools.

Title: AppDynamics

Total Years of experience: 12 years to 17 years

Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor the health and performance of the AppDynamics or Thousand Eyes platform.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain custom dashboards, health rules, and alerts.
  • Develop and implement custom JavaScript extensions for AppD or ThousandEyes to enhance data collection, create custom metrics, or integrate with external systems.
  • Utilize JavaScript for advanced dashboarding and reporting functionalities.
  • Integrate AppD or ThousandEyes with other monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, or ITSM systems using APIs and scripting, often leveraging JavaScript.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an AppD or ThousandEyes Administrator.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting, customization, and integration purposes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
