Location (City & Sublocation) Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilties • Managing financial governance of Applications, including budgeting, tracking, and compliance.
• Raising and managing I-Memos and I-Process Notes in line with organizational policies.
• Handling budget allocation based on business requirements for resources, software licenses, license optimization, and renewals.
• Coordinating with vendors for proposals related to resources, licenses, AMC, and ensured timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintaining asset inventory, including asset mapping and DE mapping.
• Performing EMPID creation, modification, and deletion as part of access management.
• Enabling Port, URL whitelisting, and providing exceptions based on management  approvals for non-standard software and admin access.
• Ensuring asset hardening and compliance, including certificate renewals and data encryption.
• Collaborating with Zscaler, EPM, and LANDesk teams to ensure smooth functioning of Android and iOS developer laptops.
• Creating and maintaining SFTP servers, ensuring secure data transfer and availability
• Coordinating and providing technical support to developers for software installation,
Issue debugging, and USB access exceptions in line with security policies.
