Job Description: 

AudioCodes SBC/ATA, Microsoft Teams, and legacy Nortel PBX platforms

Primary Skill-AudioCodes SBC/ATA, Microsoft Teams Voice/Direct Routing, SIP Gateway Configuration, Nortel PBX, IP/TDM Telephony, SIP/RTP/SRTP, TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS, AD/AAD.

Secondary Skill-Telecom/Voice Migration, Network Design & Documentation, Troubleshooting, Stakeholder Communication, Planning, Coordination, and Risk Management.

Location Flexibility- Hyderabad or Bangalore

Shift timings- 8 AM - 5:30 PM and 2 PM - 11:30 PM

 

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with telephony, AudioCodes SBC/ATA, Microsoft Teams, and legacy Nortel PBX platforms. The candidate should also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; therefore, project management skills and relevant experience would be highly valuable. The individual is expected to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:

 

  • Ability to configure SIP gateways, including AudioCodes M800 through M1000-M4000 models, based on technical specifications for required features and functionality, including manipulation and routing rules.
  • Expert-level technical knowledge of the components that make up TDM and IP telephony systems, along with a strong understanding of key protocols within the IP telephony domain.
  • Strong working knowledge of data networking requirements for IP telephony implementation, particularly TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, SRTP, DHCP, DNS, AD/AAD, SQL, VLAN, and QoS.
  • Ability to create, review, interpret, communicate, and implement design specifications, including floor plans, cable routing, rack layouts, and as-built documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, issue-identification, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate strategies, methodologies, and status updates to workgroup members, project teams, and senior leadership.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to understand component relationships, anticipate challenges, and effectively resolve issues and roadblocks.
