Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools.

BMC Helix ITSM

Looking for Immedaite joiners with 4 to 8 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM. 

•                     Handling BMC Helix Customer environment provisioning as part of Activation Team.

•                     Working on data center migrations, which involve migrating a customer environment from one data center to other datacenter locations.

•                     External Authentication Configurations, People data Integration, Branding, Email Configurations etc

•                     Execute Service Requests like - Language Pack Installations, Additional products/extension installations which are not supplied OOTB.

•                     Execute environment health checks and apply latest patches, recommended base line configurations for going live customer.

•                     BMC Remedy ITSM, Digital Workplace, SmartIT, Smart Reporting, Digital Workplace Catalog is preferable.

•                     Good troubleshooting skills with BMC platform and related applications

•                     Good exposure and hands on with Docker, Kubernetes, Containerized concepts.

•                     Good exposure in working on Windows and Linux Operation System platforms.

  •         Developing Progressive Web Applications
