Wipro Technologies is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst L4 to join our Technology Services division within the TS - Industry Cloud & Digital sector. This pivotal role is part of our Digital Transformation Services practice, where you will drive impactful projects that enhance business processes and technology implementation for our clients.

As a Business Analyst L4, you will play an integral role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders including business users, project managers, and development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client needs, document requirements, and define scope for various digital transformation initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements through effective communication with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Create detailed business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and wireframes to support solution design and development.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure development aligns with client expectations.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements, resolve conflicts, and validate solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform impact analysis and assist in solution testing, including user acceptance testing coordination and defect resolution.
• Support change management efforts by preparing training materials, user guides, and post-implementation support documentation.
• Continuously monitor industry trends in cloud and digital technologies to provide innovative recommendations that improve client business processes and technology adoption.
• Act as a mentor for junior analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster continuous learning and team growth.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 5-8 years of proven Business Analysis experience, preferably in technology-driven or digital transformation projects.
• Skills: Strong expertise in business analysis techniques, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with industry cloud platforms, digital tools, and emerging technologies is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Effective communicator capable of engaging diverse audiences and translating technical concepts into business terms.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
