Job Description

Role: Business Analyst(B3)

Exp: 36 – 48 months exp required as BA

Location-Hyderabad.

Shift:24*9

Roles & responsibilities:

 

  • Contribute to large projects by developing and coordinating realistic project estimates and
  • activities including Planning, Coordination, Effort estimation, Reporting, and Execution.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure project integration.
  • Contribute to driving projects and identifying parameters for next steps and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams/products for data enhancement.
  • Support special Pilot Projects related to Business and contribute to actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Executive Level Presentations.
  • Participate in and provide analytical suggestions for increasing user base/participation for Map products.
  • Identify opportunity areas and support Market Research initiatives.
  • Support the Consulting Team during Monthly and Quarterly Reviews with stakeholders by providing analysis and insights.
  • Operations:
  • Support the team in establishing clear and effective communication.
  • Assist the support team in driving analysis and performing pilot work/audits.
  • Articulate ideas and viewpoints to peers and others.
  • Contribute to identifying and initiating projects and driving the resolution of issues.
  • Conduct analysis for processes, focusing on product features and user experience.

Soft Skills:

  • Communication (Written and Verbal): The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, through written documentation and verbal discussions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: The capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Operations.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: The ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to be thorough and accurate in analysis and documentation.
  • Time Management and Organization: The ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
Mandatory Skills: Business Analyst/ Data Analyst(Maps) .
