Job Description: Sr Business Analyst

Level :- B3

Location : Hyderabad

Hybrid Working

Shifts: as per client ( should be ok with any kind of shifts)

Experince: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Leading and assisting in special Pilot Projects related to Project and coming up with actionable recommendations
  • Identify and structure business problems, communicate challenges and opportunities
  • Produce insights and metrics for various technical and business stakeholders
  • Manage large projects, develop and coordinate realistic project estimates, plans, working and communicating effectively with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Operations 
  • Project Management including Planning, coordination, Effort estimation, Reporting and Execution 

o    Coordinating entire project by integrating with different teams 

o    Driving the project and identifying parameters for next steps/enhancements

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • MBA from tier 1 B School
  • 4 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
  • 4 years of experience in problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g. Python, R, Java, C++).
  • Experience with ML/AI technologies, or data systems (e.g., Data Warehousing, Analytics, SQL).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Mandatory Skills: Business Analyst/ Data Analyst(Maps) .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
