Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to analyse, identify, rectify & `specific improvement measures that help in the security posture of the organization by protecting the sensitive information

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium and working knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) tools such as SailPoint. The role involves designing and executing automated test frameworks for security and identity management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium for web applications.
  • Design and implement test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Perform security and identity validation for IAM/IDAM solutions.
  • Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure robust test coverage.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
  • Document test cases, results, and provide detailed defect reports.
  • Work with SailPoint or similar IDAM tools for provisioning and access control validation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Java/Python for test automation scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with IDAM tools (SailPoint preferred).
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in security testing for IAM solutions.
  • Certifications in Selenium or IAM tools (SailPoint).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
