  • The candidate should possess a minimum of six years of experience in Public Cloud and Networking. Specific requirements include:
  • - Expertise in Palo Alto Firewall for at least three years.
  • - Proficiency with Cisco Routers for a minimum of three years.
  • - A working knowledge of the BGP routing protocol.
  • - Familiarity with hybrid public cloud environments.
  • - Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure, with a preference for AWS Certified Associate status, particularly concerning network components like VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and Security Groups.
  • - Knowledge of Azure Public Cloud Networking, including VNET and Express Route.
  • - Proven ability to independently resolve Priority 1 (Production Network down) tickets and effectively manage related calls.
  • - Contribute to architectural enhancements and standardization within the infrastructure and security environments.
  • - Ensure that controls are established for all configuration items, allowing only authorized changes to be made to assets in the enterprise IT environment.
  • - Deliver Public Cloud Services in alignment with the Service Delivery Manager's guidelines.
  • - Develop knowledge and expertise in the specific areas encompassed by the Cloud Service.
  • - Report service issues and opportunities for optimization of public cloud services to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • - Experience with ITIL ITSM tools, particularly Service Now, is required.
  • - Equal proficiency in both Networking and Cloud is necessary.
  • - Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
