Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to interpret data and turn into information (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations etc) which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.

1. Managing the technical scope of the project in line with the requirements at all stages

a. Gather information from various sources (data warehouses, database, data integration and modelling) and interpret patterns and trends

b. Develop record management process and policies

c. Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the client base and understand their requirements.

d. Providing sales data, proposals, data insights and account reviews to the client base

e. Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes

f. Set up and maintain automated data processes

g. Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.

h. Produce and track key performance indicators

 

2. Analyze the data sets and provide adequate information

a. Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content

b. Design and carry out surveys and analyze survey data as per the customer requirement

c. Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to customer’s business and prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools

d. Create data dashboards, graphs and visualization to showcase business performance and also provide sector and competitor benchmarking

e. Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool

f. Develop predictive models and share insights with the clients as per their requirement

Work from Office Work Schedule Day Shift 8 AM – 5:30 PM Subject to operational flexibility

Role Summary:- The Senior AI & Data Analyst serves as the technical lead driving data warehousing, business intelligence, and generative AI initiatives.

The role leverages SQL, Python, and modern LLM-assisted workflows to automate complex processes, optimize data lifecycles, and deliver actionable operational insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Analytics & AI Integration

● Execute complex data extraction, transformation, and root-cause analysis across cloud data warehouses (e.g., GoogleSQL, BigQuery).

● Leverage Generative AI platforms Gemini, AI Studio) and custom prompt engineering to automate workflows and screening processes.

2. BI, Pipelines & Strategy

● Design interactive dashboards PLX preferred) and automated trackers for executive operational metrics.

● Develop Python scripts and Colab notebooks for pipeline automation, validation, API integrations & AI based business automations.

● Maintain strict data governance and partner with BAs, PgMs, and engineering leads to translate analytics into business strategy. Technical Stack & Competencies

● Primary Querying & Warehousing: GoogleSQL, SQL

● Programming & Automation: Python, Google Colab Notebooks, ETL Pipelines.

● BI & Visualization:PLX Dashboards, Google Spreadsheets preferred

● AI Prompt Engineering, LLM workflows Gemini / AI Studio), python based AI api integrations for automations.

● Domain Knowledge Preferred GIS / Geospatial operational experience

Candidate Qualifications Required:-

● Experience: 3 years in Analytics and 1-2 years in AI engineering;

● Key Skills: Strong analytical reasoning, data visualization, and clear cross-functional stakeholder communication.

Preferred / Good-to-Have :-

● Prior experience in Spatial/Geospatial Information Systems GSIS or mapping operations.

● Hands-on experience applying generative AI/LLMs to real-world analytical tasks or workflow automation. 

 

Mandatory Skills: Geographic Information Systems(Maps) .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
