JD for Intershop:

 

  • Deep understanding of Java, Intershop architecture, REST APIs, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Certification in Intershop Commerce Suite developer will have advantage.
  • Design , implement and optimize scalable and high-performance backend modules using Intershop commerce Suite.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams, business analysts, and solution architects to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce processes (cart management, checkout process, order processing, product catalogs).
  • eCommerce API development using Intershop commerce engine.
  • Design and develop new features in eCommerce platform(Intershop) using server-side Java and front-end html ,CSS, JavaScript.
  • Develop interfaces/cartridges (REST and SOAP) to integrate with 3rd party services.
  • Develop frontend integration using JavaScript APIs and server-side integration using Java.
  • Respond to support tickets, incidents, and outages; investigate root causes, perform fixes, and escalate as needed.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks: patching, upgrades, backups, content synchronization, index rebuilds.
  • Enforce operational best practices, security patches, and compliance.
  • Create runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation for support tasks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools (Git), and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL systems).
