Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative AI and machine learning solutions tailored for the healthcare sector, leveraging both structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop, train, optimize, and deploy advanced Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), with proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch and tools like LangChain and VectorDBs.
• Establish and promote AI/ML best practices, ethical guidelines, and Responsible Use of AI (RUAI) protocols across projects to maintain compliance and data safety, especially handling sensitive healthcare data.
• Utilize cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP for scalable AI model development and deployment, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to productionize AI models using MLOps pipelines that enable robust and maintainable solutions.
• Design and conduct rigorous experiments, including A/B testing, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to validate model effectiveness and business impact.
• Drive cross-team knowledge sharing by communicating complex AI insights and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster collaborative problem-solving.
• Stay abreast of emerging research and technologies in NLP, deep learning, and AI to continuously innovate and enhance product offerings.
• Manage large-scale proof-of-concept projects with a focus on prioritizing technology efforts for GenAI, NLP, ML, and AI in the healthcare context.
• Lead or contribute to the creation of thorough documentation detailing AI development lifecycle, from data ingestion to deployment and maintenance, ensuring reproducibility and transparency.
