• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 7+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, implementing, Monitoring and Support largescale applications in hosted production environments on prem and in the cloud
Top Mandatory Skills:
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service, especially Omnichannel features.
• Strong Experience with PCF control development. (Power Apps framework)
• Proficiency in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages.
• Good understanding of Azure services, particularly API authentication and integration.
Good to have:
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics (preferred).
• Knowledge of Dataverse, JavaScript, and C# is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
