Job Description

·      Experience in setting up & working in GCC.
·      Expertise in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) transformation programmes across Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, and manufacturing industries. 
·      Experience in implementing and optimising SAP EHS, Sphera, and related EHS technology platforms. 
·      Proven capability in Process Safety Management (PSM), Operational Risk Management, and enterprise-wide EHS governance frameworks. 
·      Skilled in incident management, audit management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory reporting processes. 
·      Knowledge of HAZOP, risk assessments, workplace safety, product safety, and environmental management practices. 
·      Experience in designing and deploying digital EHS solutions that improve safety performance, compliance, operational efficiency, and risk visibility. 
·      Strong consulting and solution-design capabilities, including process assessment, business process redesign, and digital transformation roadmaps. 
·      Demonstrated success in supporting operational readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, pre-sales activities, and large-scale EHS implementation programmes.
