Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to join Wipro Technologies within our Technology Services division. This role is integral to driving innovative enterprise-level technology solutions and leading architectural design for complex systems involving application development, 3-tier architecture, and microservices.

The successful candidate will leverage expertise in Agentic AI development, cloud architectures, and event-driven frameworks to lead solution discovery sessions with clients, shaping technical delivery strategies that align with business goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with an extensive hands-on background in solution architecture, capable of guiding cross-functional teams in building scalable, resilient, and secure digital platforms.

As a thought leader, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business requirements into technical architectures, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and scalability.

Experience and Expertise Required:

  • 13-17 years of strong experience in IT with a minimum of 6 years in hands-on solution architecture roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java/J2EE full stack development and proficiency with web technologies including Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures to support scalable applications.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (K8s), along with cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Expertise in integrating data architecture and managing non-functional requirements (NFRs) including security, availability, and performance at enterprise scale.
