Position: Group Leader

Wipro Band: B2

Voice/ Non-Voice: Non-Voice

Shift: 24*7

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 4 to 7 years

Experience Breakup: BPO (Lidar/ Labelling exp)

 

Essential Hiring Skills:

• LIDAR labeling experience is must.

• Work direction and development for a team of associates

• Provide operational floor management by monitoring service levels, making appropriate decisions, responsible for the daily monitoring of quality and production.

• Provide performance feedback to the associates as and when needed / Conduct weekly reviews of individuals and teams

• Assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of the operation manager

 

Responsibilities:

• Need to handle a span size of 45-50 HC

• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem-solving approach.

• Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills

• Need to have sound customer service skills and soft skills with prime focus being on customer satisfaction

• Excellent analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers, problem-solving, decision-making & management skills

• Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor

• Leadership skills / Team Management Skills

• Knowledge of Client and end user requirement (Before starting floor management).

• Basic understanding and ability to trouble shoot issues and implement change as needed

• Basic knowledge of forecasting and scheduling techniques, operation policies and procedures and MIS

• Ability to drive results against SLA performance indicators

 

Languages: English (Read/Write/Speak)

 

Nationality: Indian

 

Delivery Location: Hyderabad

Mandatory Skills: Customer Service(Product&Service) .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .
