As an Account HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Wipro Technologies, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business unit, playing a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with the operational goals of the account. Your core responsibility is to design and implement tailored HR interventions that enhance employee experience, foster talent development, and ensure robust execution of central HR policies across the account.

Key Responsibilities-

 

Key responsibilities include nurturing a culture of continuous engagement through regular employee interactions such as one-on-one discussions, skip-level meetings, leadership connect sessions, and onboarding programs for new hires across all levels. You will lead initiatives to facilitate career development by mapping out clear career paths and supporting career transitions within the account.

You are expected to proactively participate in attrition management by maintaining open communication channels with employees and managers, conducting retention discussions, and managing end-to-end attrition processes effectively. Driving talent management operations, including performance appraisals, succession planning, and learning interventions, by coordinating with central HR teams will be a crucial part of your role.

Moreover, you will act as a trusted advisor to account leadership, partnering to support and execute business strategies through HR-driven projects. You will provide expert guidance on compliance matters related to employment laws and swiftly manage escalations to resolution. Additionally, your role involves overseeing bench management, talent and cost optimization strategies, and performance improvement programs to maintain high productivity and employee engagement.

This position demands a proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels. You will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes a high-performance culture aligned with Wipro Technologies’ values.

The ideal candidate will hold a full-time postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a recognized premier institution, coupled with considerable experience as an HR business partner within complex organizational settings.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively partner with diverse stakeholders to influence and drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated capability in relationship building, facilitating difficult conversations, and delivering impactful presentations.

  • Resilient and adaptable in managing ambiguity and working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • High customer orientation ensuring responsiveness and accountability in addressing queries and concerns promptly.
