Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) within the Business Process Services (BPS) vertical, based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. This role is central to delivering people-centric solutions that support the business by creating a diverse and inclusive culture, fostering employee engagement, and enabling talent development throughout the account.
The HRBP will collaborate closely with the account teams to execute relevant HR interventions, manage talent life-cycle processes, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. This position requires a proactive, consultative approach to address organizational needs, anticipate challenges, and introduce innovative practices that enhance overall employee experience.
You will play a pivotal role in acting as the primary interface between the business and central HR functions, driving initiatives that support workforce agility, career growth opportunities, and organizational transformation aligned with evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement & Onboarding: Cultivate an environment of open communication through regular employee connects, leadership engagement sessions, and skip-level meetings to ensure alignment and address concerns. Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for all employees, including lateral hires, campus recruits, and internal transfers.
- Career & Talent Management: Facilitate career planning discussions and promote awareness of development paths, supporting employees in achieving their professional goals. Lead the execution of talent management processes such as performance reviews, calibration sessions, and succession planning to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Attrition & Retention: Proactively monitor workforce stability by engaging with employees and managers to understand retention risks. Conduct retention interviews and provide targeted interventions to minimize voluntary exits while managing the attrition processes with empathy and compliance.
- HR Process Ownership & Compliance: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all central HR programs within the account. Ensure adherence to prescribed processes, timely completion of activities, and consistent communication with stakeholders. Manage policy escalations, complaints, and non-compliance issues effectively to safeguard employee welfare and organizational integrity.
- Business Partnership & Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with account leadership to translate business objectives into HR initiatives that support workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and change management activities, including programs such as rebadging and reverse rebadging.
- Performance & Bench Management: Spearhead mechanisms for addressing non-performance, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) initiation, monitoring, and closure. Maintain proactive bench management to optimize talent utilization and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
- Completed full-time postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related discipline from a recognized premier institute.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably within the BPS sector or large-scale corporate environments.
- Strong business acumen paired with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills to build trusted partnerships with leaders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze workforce data and develop action plans for talent management and organizational development.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to navigate complex conversations and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Adept in driving change initiatives and handling sensitive employee relations matters with confidentiality and integrity.
