Location: Hyderabad

Primary Skill: ITAM – Hardware Asset Management / CMDB

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Diploma

Experience: 4–6 years Role & Responsibilities

• Track IT assets across the lifecycle (PO to disposal)

• Manage and close tickets/SRs within TAT as per approved processes

• Maintain CMDB Completeness, Correctness and Compliance

• Share regular Asset Database updates with stakeholders 

• Maintain accurate asset inventory in ITAM tools (ServiceNow, SCCM, etc.)

• Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation of physical vs. system records

• Generate reports on asset status, utilization, and depreciation

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ITAM standards Stakeholder Coordination • Collaborating with Field services & business teams

• Provide asset-related support and updates

• Act as a point of contact for asset-related queries

Skills: Technical Skills

• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management best practices

• Understanding of IT infrastructure and end-user computing devices

• Strong reporting & MS Excel skills

• Ability to support SLA/KPI reporting for Incident & Change Process & Tools

• Familiarity with hardware inventory and tracking systems

• Knowledge of ITSM/ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, SCCM)

• Behavioral Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to guide team members

• Flexible for 24×7 shifts

• Strong under pressure and timeline driven

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset

• Proactive and issue anticipation

• Ability to work with global customers

• Strong organizational and documentation skills 
Mandatory Skills: ITIL - IT Hardware Asset Management .
