Job Description
Job Title: File Share Services & One Drive Admin
Linked to Role Level: Level 3/4
JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible for the daily operations of the Home Drives (H) and Share Folders (G, I) together with DSF management and global File Share infrastructure area, its delivery in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements and in line with industry best practice in support of on-going operations and projects.
- Support the OneDrive migrations and movements of data
- Act as a central point of contact within the File Servers migrations.
- Support migration to cloud technology and upgrades Windows 2003, 2008
- Act as a central point of contact within the offshore area for Data Management for File Sharing and DSF links
- Help to define standards and policies for new and existing File Servers related technologies
- Provide 3rd level support for the File Services (FS) and have overview of supporting components (i.e. – AD, DFS, NetApp, Wintel, File Servers, etc.).
- Provide onboarding and trainings for 2nd level support

Major Accountabilities
- Ensures that all supporting components of the service, including any associated SLAs, OLAs and UCs are aligned and managed as an integrated service.
- Monitors, reviews and reports performance against the SLA/OLA service and/or portfolio.
- Implementation and post-installation responsibilities include technical consulting to user community and providing solutions to software problems.
- Support and be responsible for defined system administration activities on an allocated/defined system or environment.
- Support and improve system environment and services (sizing).
- Supports the File Share Offshore Improvement Activities and recommends areas of improvement
EXPERIENCE
- More than 12 years of IT experience in operations and system management tasks
- More than 5 years’ proven experience with administering File Shares and Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies (i.e. – WINS, DFS, PowerShell, etc.)
- More than 3 year experience supporting a globally environment and migrations
