Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience Required
  • 6 to 11 years of relevant experience in Python, Django and AI
Industry / Domain Experience
  • Strong experience in software development lifecycle
  • Exposure to cloud-based application development and deployment preferred
Essential Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and Django
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and/or Agentic AI concepts
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and services
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Expertise in codebase architecture design
  • Database schema design and optimization
Trainable Skills
  • (Not specifically defined; expected to already possess core competencies at this level)
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare project proposals and obtain necessary approvals
  • Create action plans and high-level design documents (HLDD)
  • Develop and deploy applications on GCP as per business requirements
  • Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers through change lists (CLs)
  • Merge and manage codebases, resolving conflicts with production environments (Cider)
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA team) to estimate ROI for projects
Language Requirements
  • English (Read, Write, Speak)
Proficiency Level: Fluent
