Key Responsibilities

Test Automation & Mobile Testing

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile, web, and cross‑browser applications supporting the Medicare platform.
  • Implement and optimize BrowserStack‑based testing for device, OS, and browser compatibility.
  • Enhance mobile test coverage to support responsive UI, accessibility, and real‑world device scenarios.

Agentic AI & Advanced Automation

  • Validate Agentic AI models and AI‑enabled platform features, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and predictable behavior.
  • Define testing strategies for AI workflows, including agent orchestration, model outputs, prompt handling, and exception paths.
  • Collaborate with AI/engineering teams to establish automation standards for AI‑driven features.

Automation Framework & Tooling

  • Develop and maintain TOSCA‑based automation for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Streamline automated workflows to support CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.
  • Ensure reusability, scalability, and maintainability of test assets across products and releases.

 

 

 

Collaboration & Governance

  • Work closely with developers, DevOps, product owners, and accessibility teams to embed quality early in the SDLC.
  • Establish testing best practices, documentation, and metrics for AI‑enabled and mobile testing.
  • Support audit, compliance, and governance expectations aligned with healthcare and Medicare standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in test automation, preferably within large‑scale enterprise platforms.
  • Hands‑on expertise with BrowserStack for mobile and cross‑browser testing.
  • Experience with TOSCA automation or similar model‑based automation tools.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially testing and validating AI‑driven or agent‑based systems.
  • Proficiency in automation frameworks, test design techniques, and CI/CD integration.
