Key Areas of Responsibility

• Requirement Gathering: Facilitate interactive workshops and in-depth discussions with client stakeholders to capture precise business processes and technical needs, acting as a bridge between the business and the technical teams.
• Software Development and Configuration: Deliver well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code for MongoDB and other related modules, ensuring seamless integration with system components and alignment with client specifications. Participate in code reviews and apply best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functional accuracy and performance compliance of software modules.
• Implementation and Support: Support the deployment of software applications within production environments, facilitate integration with existing systems, and contribute to resolving implementation-related issues to guarantee solution stability and reliability.
• Documentation Maintenance: Produce, maintain, and update detailed documentation covering project specifications, design layouts, functional workflows, and code annotations to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance efforts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including analysts, testers, and infrastructure experts to ensure business requirements are fully understood and met, coordinating activities to comply with quality and timeline expectations.

Desired Skills and Technical Expertise

We are looking for candidates who bring strong expertise in MongoDB, coupled with a solid foundation in software development and data handling. Candidates should have hands-on experience in designing database schemas, writing efficient queries, and optimizing performance within NoSQL environments.

Proficiency in related technologies, an understanding of data modeling principles, and familiarity with software development frameworks are highly valued. Experience working in agile development teams and using version control systems such as Git will be advantageous. The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate findings clearly is essential.
