Skill – PMO + SDWAN

Overview: We are looking for an SD-WAN PMO to drive governance, planning, and execution oversight for a large-scale SD-WAN transformation program. The role requires strong PMO discipline, stakeholder management, and comfort working in fast-paced migration environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead program governance, RAID tracking, status reporting, and milestone management.

· Maintain detailed project plans, dependencies, risk logs, and weekly dashboards.

· Coordinate across design, staging, OEM ordering, transport provisioning, field services, and migration teams.

· Drive Change Management (CAB prep, approvals, cutover scheduling).

· Ensure documentation, UAT, handover, and hyper-care processes are completed on time.

· Interface with customer teams, OEMs, and internal delivery leadership.

Required Skills:

· Strong background in network transformation / SD-WAN programs (Aruba/Silver Peak preferred).

· Expertise in PMO processes, RAID governance, and MS Project.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling.

· Experience managing multi-wave, multi-site rollout programs.

· ITIL knowledge preferred; PMP/Prince2 is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT or equivalent.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Degree at university level
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
  • 3+ years of experience, including demonstrated project management and financial management experience
  • End to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial)
  • Experience in end-to-end financial management – plan, forecast, actual – function, portfolio and program/project levels
  • Very good understanding of service delivery related key performance indicators
  • Project delivery experience in a similar IT environment
  • Experience working in a global IT environment
  • Business Analytic skills
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Customer orientation and responsiveness
  • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
  • Outstanding self-management , influence management , information presentation and interpersonal, communication
